Returning Products Purchased Online
All products purchased online at any of our brands can be returned for a full refund. Each customer will only have 2 weeks (14 days) to contact us for a return after shipping! All returns will be refunded on the card you used for the transaction.
Returning A Clearance Product
Redway does accept clearance returns. If you choose to return a clearance product we will only refund you with the current price of that product. If we don't have that product anymore we will have to give you the lowest refund for that product. Any customer can return a holiday product but they will only have one week to return it. Once it reaches a certain point we will no longer accept any holiday returns. If you have any questions please let us know!
Refunding Policy
Refunds will be issued back into your PayPal account or back into the card you purchased your item on. You can return any item with our online helping services or you can visit one of our locations. Redway only gives a 50% refund if you return a body pillow or anything else large (this does not include blankets). Redway and Red Tag does NOT accept body pillow returns online. If you have any questions please visit our help center for more help.
Sending Back A Returned Item
After you have notified us at redwaybrands@gmail.com we will send you your return label. We will not refund the item if the product is not shipped. For items that don't have to be shipped back is yours to keep. Once the label is at your house all you have to do is repackage the item and send it to your local USPS, UPS, or FedEx office. Using Redway Rewards Plus+ is simple. All you have to do is show you Redway or Red Tag staff member your digital membership ID card and they will give you your rewards. If you would like to use your rewards online you would have to email redwaybrands@gmail.com to get help with that. If you code does not work please email us or give us a call at (989) 513 3285 we will try our best to get you a new working code.
Redway has a new system with big thanks to Gift Up. You can purchase gift cards online and purchase Redway products online and in our stands. You can choose a custom amount e-gift card or a set price e-gift card. Gift cards can be purchased in our stands or online at Redway's website. Redway and Red Tag Companies do fabric and item repair. You can easy get your item fixed with Redway or Red Tag. All you have to do is visit our repairing website and a representative will help you from there. Prices may vary based on how bad your item is. If it's a Redway product we will repair it for free with proof of purchase. If the item is un-repairable Redway will not charge you.
Redway makes hundreds of different coupons but their is still a catch to every coupon used. One customer can use unlimited coupons per transaction but each coupon can only be used so many times per transaction. One coupon can only be used up to 4 times per transaction but you can make another transaction and use the same coupon. You can use any coupon unlimited amount of times until it is expired. You can use our Layaway services for FREE! Redway offers this service year-round and you can do what ever product you want. All you have to do is purchase the product you want and let us know at redwaybrands@gmail.com that you would like to use our layaway service and we will hold the product until you decide to release it.
NOTICE! Make you you take time to calculate the shipping time!
If your product is damaged or dirty Redway will either replace the item or give you a full refund including shipping cost. In order to put in a filing for your product you must have picture proof of a receipt and the damaged/dirty product. As soon as you send us a picture we will tell you further instructions.
